1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elevate Financial. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Service" refers to our educational programs, workshops, seminars, and related offerings
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual accessing our website or participating in our programs

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Participation in our programs may have additional prerequisites as specified in program descriptions.

4. Program Enrollment and Participation

4.1 Registration: Enrollment in our programs requires completion of our registration process and acceptance by Elevate Financial. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion, including if program capacity is reached or prerequisites are not met.

4.2 Program Conduct: Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. We maintain the right to remove participants whose conduct disrupts the learning environment or violates these Terms.

4.3 Attendance: Regular attendance is important for effective learning. Specific attendance requirements vary by program format and will be communicated during enrollment. We do not provide refunds for missed sessions due to participant absence.

4.4 Materials: Program materials provided are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees: Program fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed in writing. Fees are subject to change, though enrolled participants will pay the fee agreed at enrollment.

5.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified during enrollment. Payment processing may be handled by secure third-party providers subject to their own terms.

5.3 Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before program start date are eligible for full refund less an administrative fee of SGD 50. Cancellations made 7-14 days before start date receive 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before start date or after program commencement. Program transfers to alternative dates may be accommodated subject to availability and administrative fees.

5.4 Non-Payment: Failure to pay program fees may result in enrollment cancellation and denial of access to program materials and sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership: All content provided through our services, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, frameworks, and educational resources, is the intellectual property of Elevate Financial or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License: Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for personal educational purposes. This license terminates upon program completion or earlier termination of your enrollment.

6.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and program termination without refund.

7. Educational Nature and Disclaimers

7.1 Educational Purpose: Our programs provide educational content designed to enhance financial understanding. They do not constitute personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional consultancy services.

7.2 No Guarantees: While we strive to provide quality education, we make no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes, results, or benefits from program participation. Financial decisions remain your responsibility.

7.3 Professional Advice: You should consult qualified financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel regarding your specific circumstances. Our educational content should not replace professional advice tailored to your situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Financial and its directors, officers, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Any financial decisions made based on program content
• Any errors or omissions in program content
• Interruption or suspension of services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevate Financial and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and instructors from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

11.1 By You: You may terminate your participation in our programs subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 5.3.

11.2 By Us: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct detrimental to the learning environment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access program materials and attend sessions ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.

13.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.5 No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Elevate Financial.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email to enrolled participants. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
